Who You Talk To

When you reach out through Industrychase Tree Service, you end up talking with an independent tree removal provider in our network. That provider is a local business. It runs its own crews, sets its own prices and carries its own insurance. Industrychase Tree Service makes the introduction and steps back.

What Happens on the First Conversation

Say you send a request about an oak that leans toward your garage. Here is the usual path:

  • A provider reaches out to ask about the tree, its size and where it stands
  • You describe what you see and share photos if you have them
  • The provider may schedule a visit to look at the tree in person
  • You get a written quote that spells out the work and the price

Nothing is final until you say yes.

What to Ask a Provider

First-timers often do not know where to begin. These questions help:

  • Are you insured, and can you show proof?
  • What exactly does the quote include? Cleanup? Wood haul-away? Stump work?
  • How will you protect my lawn, roof, fence and foundation?
  • Will any work happen near power lines, and who handles that?
  • What is the plan if the weather turns?
  • Is stump grinding part of this price or separate?

A good provider answers calmly and in plain words. If an answer feels vague, ask again.

You Are in Control

You can say no to any quote. You can ask for a second opinion. You can ask the provider to change the plan if something does not feel right. Ask before cutting, not after. Costs vary a lot by tree size, height, access and condition, so always get the price in writing before work starts.

If the tree is an urgent hazard, tell the provider right away. Many providers can respond quickly, though availability depends on the provider and the day. Request a callback to check provider availability.
